"I was pleasantly surprised by the professional staff that took the time to listen to my concerns. Ina took charge of the long dispute I had with my shipping agent in America; RoRo USA, Ltd., of New Jersey. A settlement was reached for an additional payment which Ian acted as the middleman to hold my funds in escrow pending release of my wheelchair lift van from the port storage facility nearby. I was assured that they would charge up the vehicle batteries so that I could drive it away to my next destination to Hungary."
